PEACE with Anxiety is an actionable self-improvement podcast for anxious and stressed moms who struggle with high-functioning anxiety. I’m, your host, Irene Evangelou, an anxiety counsellor & Clinical Rapid Transformational Therapist specializing in high-functioning anxiety. You are not just an anxious person and Peace with Anxiety is not about ”fixing” you, it’s about learning how to overcome anxiety naturally by embracing anxiety rather than fighting or avoiding it. It is about a better way to navigate anxiety, stress, and therapy as a mom.
